Course aim

To provide a comprehensive understanding of the complexity in managing human resources within, and across, international businesses and the varied approaches Multi-National Enterprises (MNE’s) may take in different countries.

Course content

Globalisation; Theoretical perspectives in IHRM and comparative HRM; Global staffing; Diversity management; International recruitment and selection; International training and management development; International performance management; International reward and compensation; International employment relations; Talent management; IHRM strategic integration; HRM in selected countries.
