Course aim

The course enables students to understand the integral link between organisational change and organisational sustainability. It equips students with a working knowledge of the organisational change literature, an understanding of organisational politics and the processes involved in managing change.

Course content

Images of managing change; diagnosis for change; models of change; skills in managing organisational change; local and international case studies; planning for change; resistance to change; strategies for communicating change; implementing change; consolidating change.
