The aim of this course is to extend the students’ insight into the research and application of psychological concepts to the physical and sports setting.
Psychological skills training; arousal regulation, imagery, self confidence, goal setting, concentration. Psychological considerations; psychological well-being, adherence, referral, addiction, burnout, injury, and termination from sports.
