Course aim

To explore the team teaching model as an example of culturally responsive pedagogy in both theory and practice.

Course content

The theoretical and practical applications of team teaching in a cross-cultural context; what is meant by the term team teaching; the need for teaching teams; decision making and conflict resolution in teaching teams.
