Course aim

To enable students to develop knowledge and skills in managing public relations issues and crises.

Course content

Identification, research and analysis of current issues; analysis of core components of public relations crisis management; ; new and traditional media and the changing context of social media as it impacts public relations practice; international and intercultural public relations.
