To help foster students’ understanding of, and links with, increasingly complex organisational environment and to allow students to showcase communication skills and research abilities via a student-directed organisational communication workplace research practicum and report.
Design and management of an individual or paired workplace research project, including focus on suitable research methods, refinement of a research question, selection of suitable reporting techniques, and modes of presentation of research findings to a professional level.
