Course aim

The aim of this course is to examine the behaviour of structures with particular reference to the practice of Building Surveying.

Course content

Structural frameworks; Joints in frameworks; Loads on buildings; Bracing of low rise buildings; Bracing of high rise buildings; Load paths in multistorey buildings.
