Aim

The Le Cordon Bleu Master of International Hospitality Management is intended to be a first postgraduate management degree for the international hospitality industry. It concentrates on the international hospitality industry by providing an excellent understanding of that discipline as it relates to management. The program equips graduates with a sound theoretical framework for inspiring effective management and leadership. It examines the management of people, facilities, revenue, marketing and operations for international hotels and allied industries through a strategic framework that incorporates culture, globalisation, environmental sustainability and innovation.

The program aims to produce graduates with a management skill base applicable to the international hospitality industry that allows them clear career and promotion capabilities.

Content & Structure

The Le Cordon Bleu Master of International Hospitality Management is a 72 unit program and has an EFT load of 2.0 years. There is a final course which includes an industry work placement and will be completed over one study period.
