Description

Psychology is the scientific study of behaviour and experience. Moreover, it is both a science and a profession. Its scientific orientation is shown in its commitment to learning more about human behaviour through research. From the findings of this research in both the laboratory and everyday life, psychologists develop a better understanding of how people behave and why they behave in this manner. Completion of the major/sub-major/minor is designed for those who aspire to other professions but who wish to broaden their university education by studying another interesting and relevant discipline. Psychology is available as a 4 course minor, a 6 course sub-major or an 8 course major.
