Notes

  1. Students who wish to choose other relevant courses (not listed above), must seek approval from the Program Director.
  2. Some courses include a field component (which may vary in length and distance travelled and may incur additional charges).
  3. Students must enrol cross-institutionally in Igneous & Metamorphic Geology II (GEOLOGY 2502 - University of Adelaide), Sedimentary Geology II (GEOLOGY 2500 - University of Adelaide), Igneous and Metamorphic Geology III (GEOLOGY 3016 - University of Adelaide) and Mineral and Energy Resources III (GEOLOGY 3502 - University of Adelaide). Visit the Campus Central website for a link to the cross-institutional enrolment form. On successful completion of the courses, students will also need to apply for credit for them to be acknowledged towards their program. Details for application for credit can also be found on the Campus Central website.
  4. It is recommended that students undertake and successfully complete Engineering and Environmental Geology in Study Period 5 of their first year in order to be better prepared for the level 2 University of Adelaide courses.
