Aim

The Graduate Diploma in Communication aims to provide students with advanced knowledge and skills in communication for professional, highly skilled or management positions in the communication, media and creative industries sector.

Content & Structure

The Graduate Diploma in Communication (36 units) comprises the four core (4.5 units) courses drawn from the Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communication.

The core, Communication and Media: Advanced provides students with an integrated approach to the creative industries sector. The course interrogates the disruptive digital technologies transforming society and the dynamic role that creative industries have in navigating these challenges.

From 4 August 2025, the University of South Australia will no longer be accepting applications for new students. Study at Adelaide University.
