Aim

The program prepares students for careers in a wide range of resource management agencies and industries and equips them with the knowledge and skills necessary to take a leadership role and responsibility in those organisations.

Content & Structure

The Master of Environmental Management and Sustainability requires the completion of 72 units of courses. Students taking the Water Resources Management specialisation can complete either:

  • six core courses (27 units), Environmental Management and Sustainability Project (9 units), and eight Water Management electives (36 units) OR 
  • six core courses (27 units), six Water Resources Management electives (27 units), and Environmental Research Project E (18 units).
