Entry requirements
Applicants are required to have;
- qualifications equivalent to Australian Year 12 and a diploma from a recognised institution in Singapore, or
- an approved diploma or advanced diploma or associate degree from a recognised institution.
Alternatively, applications may also be considered from applicants with an educational and professional background which provides an equivalent preparation for further study. This measure would, for example, be applied to holder of GCSE ‘A’ Levels who have completed the equivalent of 1.5 years of relevant tertiary study or holders of GCSE ‘O’ Levels with three years of relevant tertiary study.

Aim
The Bachelor of Media Arts aims to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to design and communicate information on a number of multimedia platforms together with an understanding of the sociological and cultural significance of new communication technologies.
Content & Structure
The Bachelor of Media Arts is equivalent to three years of full-time study or 108 units. The program includes studies in foundation courses, a major of 36 units or 8 courses, a sub-major of 27 units or 6 courses, a course in Indigenous Australian studies and electives of 22.5 units or 5 courses.
Students with advanced standing studying offshore with Asia Pacific Management Institute in Singapore will be given credit equivalent to one and a half years of full-time study or 54 units. Students must complete a major of 36 units (8 x 4.5 unit courses) and two 9 unit courses.
