Course aim

This course provides students with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of industry expectations around the critical evaluation, research methodology and preparation of strategic projects and reports. Throughout this capstone course students will produce a strategic project focused on defence, space, or a closely related industry, bringing together the knowledge gained across the Global Executive MBA program. The course also provides a pathway to further learning and development after completion of the Global Executive MBA.

Course content

Introduction to strategic project management and research; identifying research questions, key issues, or process of business model development; research design; data collection: qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques; critical analysis of and use of primary and secondary data, and use of this data for report writing and presentation/publication in defence, space, and related industries.
