To design and organise the components, processes, services, and controls that are appropriate to reduce the security risks associated with a system to an acceptable level.
Students in this course will learn: the fundamentals and vulnerabilities of security architecture, the fundamentals of security models; the engineering process; systems security requirements; the security capabilities of information systems; cryptographic solutions; cryptanalytic attacks; site and facility designs; site and facility security controls.
