To analyse contemporary cyber crime activities, the nature and form of digital evidence, and current cyber laws, privacy and ethics.
Students of this course will learn principles of legal research; Australian cyber law and legislation; international cyber law; privacy law; ISO 27000; data sovereignty and sharing; data governance; IRAP and the Information Security Manual; cyber crime investigations; digital evidence and digital forensics.
