This course will give students an overview of the substantive law in relation to the formation, interpretation, enforcement and termination of a contract. The course will focus on common law principles, with examination of how statutes such as the Australian Consumer Law interact with and modify the common law.
This course provides a basic overview of the core aspects of contract law, including:
