To investigate and apply integrated pedagogical content knowledge in English Curriculum to teaching and learning in early childhood and primary settings.
In this course preservice teachers will research a range of pedagogical approaches relevant to English and literacy in local and global contexts, including play based, arts based, place based and inquiry based pedagogies. Preservice teachers will apply their knowledge and skills to a project that demonstrates critique and making professional judgements in planning for professional practice.
