Course aim

To provide the skills to effectively work in an Agile team and understand enterprise governance practices.

Course content

Agile development; Scrum methodology; velocity/sustainability; charts; introduction to governance; governance models for organisation information systems; ITIL® foundation; service management as a practice; the ITIL® service lifecycle; service strategy, service design, service transition, and continual service improvement; introduction to service operation; service operation principles; service operation processes; common service operation activities; organising for service operation; technology considerations; implementation of service operation; challenges, critical success factors and risks; and use of appropriate tools to cost a project.
