Course aim

Develop skills in assessment procedures and data interpretation of communication functions and breakdown in persons of all ages.

Course content

Observation and assessment of people with communication disorders, describing and analysing parameters of communication, use of standardised and non-standardised assessment. Determining appropriate assessment tools considering age, cultural background, education, and cognitive level. Organizational skills, report writing skills, communication skills for reporting information to parents and other professionals.
