Course aim

To develop and apply advanced knowledge and principles of exercise, strength and conditioning in physiotherapy practice.

Course content

Current concepts in use of exercise and physical activity for health, well-being and rehabilitation; advanced use of exercise physiology principles for screening, injury prevention and rehabilitation across diverse clinical populations; and advanced use of strength and conditioning principles for optimising physical performance.
