Course aim

Develop and apply advanced knowledge and principles of exercise, strength and conditioning in a specific area of physiotherapy practice.

Course content

The course will cover principles and current trends in exercise and physical activity, use of exercise for physical and mental health across specific populations, use of exercise principles for screening, injury prevention and rehabilitation across specific populations, and use of strength and conditioning principles for improving physical performance.
