Course aim

To deepen and extend traditional and contemporary dance and music subject knowledge. Working with dance and music pedagogies students will gain mastery of these subjects for the school setting.

Course content

Students will learn active and collaborative dance and music methodologies and strategies that will develop movement and music vocabulary for the creation of works. Dance and music curriculum knowledge and practices will be explored and evaluated in relation to appropriate pedagogies for diverse young learners.
