To introduce students to fundamental skills, process and principles for the design and development of single and sequential pictures.
Students will practice a broad range of illustrative media suitable for picture making. Students will develop fundamental skills in the use of illustrative media including an understanding of picture design processes, visual notation, compositional, tonal and colour theory specific to the Illustration and Animation fields.
