Course aim

The course explores the legal and policy issues pertinent to corporate finance.  It provides students with a deep and broad understanding of the various forms of corporate finance and how they are formulated and implemented as well as advanced understanding of the regulation of capital markets.  As the principles and policies relevant to corporate finance operate within the context of a global financial system, international and comparative dimensions of corporate finance law will also be considered.
