Course aim

To develop students' critical understanding of the neural underpinnings of learning and the field of educational neuroscience. 

Course content

Cognitive processing in the human brain; mechanisms of learning from a cognitive and neural perspective; environmental factors that influence learning; learning and digital media; application to education; current trends in educational neuroscience.
