To develop advanced knowledge in biopsychosocial and physiotherapy theory as it relates to examination of patients with musculoskeletal disorders and develop advanced skills in physical examination of patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
Biopsychosocial and clinical reasoning theory; advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapy examination theory; advanced peripheral and spinal musculoskeletal patient interview and physical examination strategies; review of general health screening for co-morbidities and non-musculoskeletal sources of nociception and disability; advanced integration of clinical reasoning principles into musculoskeletal clinical examination; anatomy and joint kinematics.
