To develop the skills necessary to execute research in their discipline of interest in Natural and Built Environments and to prepare a research paper or thesis.
Conduct a research project in the discipline of interest in Natural and Built Environments under supervision. Students will usually work in groups of 3-4 to refine and execute the research plan they developed in ENGG 4005 Research Theory and Practice to investigate and report on a research topic in their discipline of interest in Natural and Built Environments.

Construction Management Research Principles (BUIL 4039) or Engineering Honours Project A (ENGG 4009) should be completed in the semester immediately prior to enrolling in Construction Management Honours Research Project (CIVE 4044).
