UniSA Education Futures
To enable students to design, apply and evaluate arts across the curriculum for children from Birth to 8 years.
Students will extend and apply knowledge of principles and processes of teaching and learning in the arts, children’s development in the arts and children’s cognitive competence in relation to the arts. Students will develop competencies in using arts materials and resources, in their understandings of multimodal learning in the arts, and in arts curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation. They will reflect on diversity in the arts in Australia and educational issues relating to the arts.
