Characteristics of research, ethical and social implications of research, research problems, research tools,
research planning, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, data collection and measurement
strategies, experiment design, operational research methods, information retrieval, academic integrity,
referencing, literature review, research project development, selection process using AHP and research report
writing.
