Course aim

To develop the leadership potential and confidence of students by facilitating problem-based learning opportunities targeted at developing innovative ideas that promote sustainability.

Course content

The role of entrepreneurship in sustainability; planning for innovation, uncertainty and risk; .understanding what makes leadership effective and ineffective (including emotional intelligence, understanding rank, industry culture, HR, ethics, intercultural communication and protocols); leadership styles; basic business knowledge (people, markets and movement), project management, marketing ideas.
