To enable students to undertake performance and compensation management that establishes goals by; analysing different approaches to performance appraisal & development and; incorporating contemporary theory and practice of compensation of tangible and intangible rewards within an international context in order to achieve organisational performance outcomes.
Content and process theories of motivation; principles and practices of performance management; performance appraisal; 360 degree feedback; coaching, mentoring and improving performance; bases of pay; compensation structures; benefits and design global compensation.
