To introduce students to strategies used to design interior spaces for human occupation with the use of materials.
Students will develop knowledge in spatial planning, scale, spatial dynamics and composition; analysis and manipulation of interior space including material, texture and pattern. Students will be introduced to the theory and practice of materials and develop skills in the production and processing techniques of machining, printing, fabrication and finishing selected materials.
