Course aim

This course will introduce students to fundamental theories and applications of Electronics and the application of simple microcontroller programming.

Course content

This course will cover concepts and applications on basic electrical quantities, systems of units, resistance, resistive circuits, Ohms Law, KCL, KVL, capacitors, inductors, transients, diodes and amplifiers. The course will also introduce students to fundamental microcontroller programming allowing them to control and collect information with real world application.
