Course aim

To enable students to consolidate their knowledge and apply their skills, capabilities and expertise to establish and prepare for a career pathway in contemporary industry environments.

Course content

Students will consider the future of the sector and industry in which they plan to work and will be advised by industry practitioners and professional associations. Deliberation of current social, economic and political issues and theories relevant to employment and industry practices will be covered. Students will explore their professional disciplines’ expertise, aptitudes, interests and practice to prepare for their transition to a creative professional across a range of industries.

Prerequisite(s)

Completion of all second year courses from the following Bachelor degrees: Arts (Performing Arts); Communication and Media; Marketing and Communication, Media Arts or with approval by exception from Course Coordinator or Program Director.
