Course aim

To develop skills as a professional through the application of analytics methods to well defined problems and associated data sets.

Course content

Research organisation (topic selection, research questions, design of a research project, critical results evaluation, summary).

Data privacy and security.

Data visualisation methods.

For a project where the business objectives, analytic goals and deliverables specified, apply data analytics methods to the problem: Exploration of the data; performing a preliminary analysis of the data; performing main analysis of data; evaluation of results and test; preparation of a deployment plan and a final report.
