Course aim

To provide students with comprehensive skills in Python and R programming for effective data analytics. Through hands-on instruction, students will learn to load data, perform data manipulations, conduct analysis using appropriate statistical testing methods, create data visualisations, and report findings in both Python and R environments.

Course content

The Python programming language - program control constructs, data structures, calling R from Python.

The R programming language - statistical analysis and visualisation of large data sets.
