The aim of this course is to equip students with the ability to deliver exercise programs to meet the health, fitness and/or performance goals of apparently healthy clients. Additionally, graduates will be able to operate under the supervision of an appropriate health professional.
Monitoring and progressing exercise load; delivery of appropriate exercise modalities to suit the needs and capabilities of clients; recognition and correction of unsafe/dysfunctional movement patterns; exercise to optimize client learning and execution.
