Course aim

The aim of this course is to develop an applied understanding of the processes and practices of project management, in relation to community development, population health and wellbeing.

Course content

This is an applied course where students work in teams with external consultants to develop a real world project plan. Student teams are expected to plan a project including project scope, stakeholder mapping, risk assessment, resource and evaluation planning.
