Course aim

Business requires managers that are able to operate in multicultural and international contexts. This course aims to build knowledge of: comparative international management and leadership; the relationship between culture and organisational theory and decision making; and intercultural communication. It will also advance the skills of engaging in negotiation and decision making across borders and cultures, and working collaboratively in cross-cultural teams.
