Course aim

To explain the psychophysiology of attention, altered states of consciousness, memory and sleep, and explore specific areas of focus within this context.

Course content

Neurobiology of: states of consciousness, neuropathology, attention, memory processing, sleep architecture, circadian and ultradian cycles, as well as the functional aspects of sleep and other psychophysiological states.
