The aim of this course is to provide advanced skills and knowledge in operations and project management. Through critical analysis and evaluation of current operations and projects in manufacturing and service organisations, students will be able to develop and implement innovative solutions to real life settings.
There are eight Modules: operations planning and control, inventory management, aggregate and resource planning, decision making analysis, work measurement and time standards, project management and structuring, engineering economic analysis, project estimation and scheduling.
