Course aim

To develop the advanced knowledge and capacity needed to create a professional learning environment in early childhood settings.

Course content

Professional learning in early childhood education: leadership; critical analysis and inquiry techniques; planning professional learning in early childhood settings to effect curriculum improvement and sustained educational change; communication skills; ethical action: values and beliefs.
