To develop students' understanding of the role of Design and Technology within the school curriculum.
The students will develop understanding of planning and programming, including design briefs and design polios, and will use a range of curriculum frameworks to support effective learning in design and technology education. The students will critically analyse teaching methods, investigate resources for teaching and learning, gain an introduction to OHSW issues and apply sustainability and effective resource management.
