To enable students to apply their knowledge and understanding to critically evaluate the significance of material culture in understanding the past.
The student will demonstrate advanced understanding through the application of knowledge and reflection in authentic problem solving in modern material culture analysis, theory and practice in material culture, Aboriginal material culture, historical archaelogy; ethics and sensitivities, online material culture, interpretation of material culture, cross-disciplinary methodologies, and material culture of different places of meaning
