To develop the advanced organisational leadership skills required to effectively practice as a social work professional in a diverse range of professional contexts.
The students will develop advanced skills and knowledge in negotiating to achieve professional outcomes, inter-professional social work, working collegially in culturally diverse contexts, staff and volunteer management, managing adverse events, assuring service quality in project management, grant and tender writing, macro level lobbying and advocacy, communications planning and using and managing the media.
