The aim of this course is to further develop the students’ understanding of humans as occupational beings and relationship with their health and well-being.
Dimensions and theories of human occupation and human evolution, human capacities, occupational language, occupational balance, occupational alienation, occupational deprivation, occupational identity, occupational adaptation, occupational justice and occupational transitions. Reflect on the cultural context and history of disciplinary knowledge making and its relationship with broader knowledge systems.
