Course aim

The aim of this course is to critically analyse and develop a strategic response to the issues related to procurement within public and private organisations.

Course content

Strategic sourcing; public and private sector procurement practices; cost and price analysis; supplier relationship management; legal issues in procurement; impact of IT on procurement strategy; impact of globalisation on strategic procurement.
