To provide students with the skills and knowledge required to identify and effectively engage with relevant stakeholders and conduct consultancy activities in an IT context.
In this course students will gain advanced skills and knowledge in the following: identification of relevant stakeholders including vendors and other external parties; processes and planning to effectively manage relevant stakeholders; leadership, negotiation and influencing skills when engaging with stakeholders throughout the enterprise as an IT subject matter expert.
