Course aim

To provide students withe the skills and knowledge required to identify and effectively engage with relevant stakeholders in an IT context.

Course content

In this course, students will gain advanced skills and knowledge in the following:

  • Identification of relevant stakeholders including vendors and other external parties.
  • Processes and planning to effectively manage relevant stakeholders.
  • Leadership, negotiation and influencing skills when engaging with stakeholders throughout the enterprise as an IT subject matter expert.
